Broccoli

Broccoli is a fiber rich cruciferous vegetable. It is a good source of dietary fiber, which aids digestion, promotes a feeling of fullness, and contributes to a healthy digestive system. Its high vitamin C content boosts the immune system and promotes collagen production, wound healing, and iron absorption. It is also a rich source of calcium, essential for maintaining strong bones and preventing osteoporosis. 

Carrot

Carrot is a good source of fiber, beta-carotene, vitamin K1, potassium, and antioxidants. Carrots get their bright color from beta-carotene, an antioxidant that your body converts into vitamin A.Plus, they are low in calories. 

Sweet Potato

Sweet potato contains a good source of fiber, soluble and insoluble, which is beneficial for gut health. Vitamin A and C are another nutrient that's found in sweet potatoes. These vitamins needed for several important processes in the body. It helps to maintain healthy vision, ensure a healthy functioning immune system and also protect the cells against free radical damage. 

Kiwi

Kiwi is a fiber rich food which is great for digestion. Not only that it is exceptionally high in vitamin C functions as a powerful antioxidant in the body. Protecting cells against oxidative damage. Additionally kiwis contain potassium, copper, vitamin k, folate and vitamin E  effects that plays an important role in immune health. 

Orange

Orange is filled with fiber, and also vitamin C. Its offering both soluble and insoluble fiber to aid digestion and health. Orange is relatively low in calories. Its maintain a healthy heart, promote eye health, control blood sugar and also protect the skin. 

Avocado
